Admixer tag as 3rd party

This section contains guidelines on how the Admixer ad tag should be modified in order to count clicks in external ad management systems.
It also includes the instructions for tags that have to be shown outside the publisher's iframes.

To track clicks in website managemets systems where the Admixer ad tag used as a third-party, the following variables are applicable

Variable Description
clickTrack external click tracker; the click tracking macro can be set equal to that variable. The URL of a target page sets on the side of the Admixer creative template. An example with DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers) macro %%CLICK_URL_UNESC%%:

clickUrl URL of a target page; the target URL macro can be set equal to that variable. The URL of a target page sets on the side of the external creative template. An example with DFP (DoubleClick for Publishers) macro %%DEST_URL_ESC%%:

Important! Parameter 'external macro' should be replaced with the relevant 3rd party click tracking macro.

In case the Admixer ad tag is used as a 3rd party and the banner has to come out of the external iframe, the script below can be applied.

The following example of Admixer ad tag for the out of frame creatives contains Admixer click parameters (clickTrack, clickUrl) for the relevant 3rd party click macros.

All the bolded ID's in the example for item, z, ph, div.id should be replaced with those that have been taken from the Admixer ad/zone tag for the creative. In case one of the variables (clTR,clU) is not in use, it should be deleted from the tag.
